Keeping is free. Here is what the rest costs.

What is free, permanently

These are free for everyone, with no time limit and no trial that expires. This is a commitment, not a current price:

• Your three non-negotiables
• Weekly, monthly and yearly vows
• The weekly review, and rewriting the three
• Oni, and every one of his twelve forms
• Mercy, earned and never sold
• A card every day you close
• The last four months of the ledger

Nothing on that list will be moved behind a payment later. Marking a day kept will never cost money.

What Custodian holds

• Shared custody — one Oni, two keepers
• What keeps happening — Oni’s read on your let-gos
• Every month printed whole
• The whole ledger, back to day one
• Every card you have ever been drawn

Price, length and renewal

Prices are in euro and may be shown in your local currency at the rate Apple sets for your storefront. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.

These subscriptions renew automatically. They continue until you cancel. Your Apple Account is charged for the next period within 24 hours of the end of the current one, at the price above. Cancelling less than 24 hours before a renewal will not stop that renewal.

Stopping

Cancel at any time in Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your device, or from More → Billing inside Onus, which takes you to the same place in one tap. We do not put the exit behind a conversation.

When you cancel, Custodian runs to the end of the period you already paid for. It is not cut off on the day you cancel. After that you are a Keeper again — and nothing you kept goes with it. Every mark, every card and every month is still on your device, and the parts of the ledger that closed to you become open again the moment you take Custodian back up.

Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us, because Apple takes the payment. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Your account

An account is optional. If you open one, keep your password — we ask for a real email only if you want a way to reset it, and without one there is no way for us to let you back in. You are responsible for what happens under your account, and you may not use Onus to break the law or to interfere with the service for others. You can delete your account at any time from inside the app, which removes everything we hold. See the privacy policy.

What we do not promise

Onus is provided as it is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or free of faults, and to the extent the law allows we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and none of it affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Your ledger lives on your device. Keeping a device backup is your own affair, and we cannot restore a record we were never sent.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the date at the top changes. A change to what is free, or to the price of an existing subscription, would be told to you before it took effect and never applied to a period you had already paid for.
